Data Deletion Instructions

Local SEO Bot LLC (“Local SEO Bot”) lets you request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens after you ask.
How to request deletion
- Email us. Send a request to support@localseobot.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address associated with your account.
- Or from your account. If you have an active account, you can also contact support through the in-app chat and ask for your account and data to be deleted.
What we delete
Within 30 days of a verified request, we delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, including:
- your account profile (name, email, business details);
- data received from connected services such as Google (Google Business Profile content and performance data) and Meta/Facebook (profile information received when you interact with our pages or log-in integrations);
- scan results, reports, and support correspondence.
We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records) or to resolve disputes; anything retained is kept only as long as legally necessary and then deleted.
Connected services
Deleting your Local SEO Bot data does not delete your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or other third-party accounts — those remain under your control with each provider. You can also revoke Local SEO Bot's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions and to Facebook data via your Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
