SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by Local SEO Bot, a service of Local SEO Bot LLC (“Local SEO Bot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The program

Local SEO Bot sends two kinds of text messages:

• Review-request texts. We send review-request text messages on behalf of the local business you did business with, after you gave that business your number and consented to receive texts from it.
• Account and customer-care texts. If you are a Local SEO Bot customer and opted in (for example at www.localseobot.com/sms-opt-in), we text you about your account: account notifications, service updates and replies to your support requests.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Review-request texts are typically 1-2 messages per visit.

Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP you will receive no further messages, other than one confirming you have opted out. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing. How we handle mobile numbers and consent is described in our Privacy Policy.
