Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, web application, and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Local SEO Bot LLC(“Local SEO Bot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Local SEO Bot provides done-for-you local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, Google posts, review replies, citation building, and Google Maps rank tracking. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Google account access

Some features require you to connect your Google account and grant access to your Google Business Profile through Google's OAuth flow. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access and take the actions you request on your behalf. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings or within the app.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

The Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and, except as expressly stated, are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Where we advertise a money-back ranking guarantee, the terms of that guarantee at the time of purchase apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights;
• Submit false business information or attempt to manipulate Google products in violation of Google's policies;
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
• Resell or provide the Services to third parties except under an authorized agency plan.

6. Customer content and license

You retain ownership of the business information, content, and materials you provide. You grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to operate and provide the Services.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Google and our payment provider. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Search and map rankings depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or results except as expressly stated in a written guarantee.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local SEO Bot LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
