Local SEO Bot LLC (“Local SEO Bot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Local SEO Bot, a done-for-you local SEO service that helps businesses rank higher on Google Maps. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at www.localseobot.com, our web application, and the services we provide (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Google account and Google Business Profile data. When you connect your Google account, we request access through Google's OAuth flow to the data needed to manage your local presence — including your Google Business Profile (business name, address, phone number, categories, hours, posts, reviews, photos, and performance insights). We only request the scopes required to deliver the features you sign up for, and you can review and revoke this access at any time.
Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps to operate and improve the Services.
Communications. If you contact support, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use your information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
Optimize your Google Business Profile, publish posts, reply to reviews, build citations, and track your map rankings on your behalf;
Process payments and manage your subscription;
Send service-related and account notices, and respond to support requests;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
Comply with legal obligations.

How Local SEO Bot's use of Google user data complies with Google's Limited Use requirements

Local SEO Bot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you request within the Services.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not sell Google user data.
We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, payment processing, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect your data;
With Google, to perform the actions you authorize on your Google Business Profile;

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account or revoke Google access, we delete or de-identify the associated Google user data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

Revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from within the app.
Access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at support@localseobot.com.
Close your account at any time, which stops further data collection through the Services.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
